True tales of the macabre, horrific, and terrifying hidden history of Bordentown -- this tour is not to be missed! Bordentown Walking Tours and the Downtown Bordentown Association continue the annual Ghost Walk tradition in 2018 with a HAUNTED HISTORY TOUR. Every week in October, our spooky tours will wind their way through downtown Bordentown (famously referred to as Halloween Town by the magazine Weird NJ). Scary stories of Bordentown's ghostly activity and haunted happenings will be told as we make our way through the dark and mysterious alleys and streets of historic Bordentown City.
The tour is family friendly, though the late tour is recommended for adults and mature children only.

Due to its popularity in June, we decided to offer one more walk of the infamous Bonaparte Estate grounds! Don't miss this opportunity to see the Point Breeze estate property. Famous for its picturesque landscape, wonderful gardens, extensive art collection, and large library, Point Breeze was central to American intellectual and cultural life in the Delaware Valley. Join the D&R Canal Naturalist, Stephanie Fox for a nature walk at the Divine Word, whose missionary now sits on the Point Breeze property. We will cover the terrain where Charles Lucien Bonaparte once observed, studied and sketched wildlife and the landscape. Participants will be provided with a nature journal and given hints and techniques on how connect closer to nature by sketching and the written word. This is a family friendly event and designed for beginner journal keepers to explore their creative side.
